Sourdough By Lyndsay is a brand-new home-based bakery started right here in our community by local resident Lyndsay Justiana.
Lyndsay is a stay-at-home mom of four who discovered sourdough baking as a fun, grounding hobby while caring for her kids. What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into a passion — and now she’s sharing that love (and the delicious results!) with neighbors throughout Providence.
“I absolutely love making sourdough,” Lyndsay says. “It’s become a form of therapy for me, and I enjoy sharing it with others.” Her goal is simple but heartfelt: offer wholesome, all-natural, organic-ingredient breads to families who want something better than store-bought options.
Although her business is just getting started, Lyndsay already feels encouraged by the local support. She hopes the neighborhood continues to enjoy having something warm, handmade, and close to home.
